Flexipave Surfacing
At the start of 2023 New Approach Contractors became an approved partner of KBI Flexipave and Flexistone materials allowing us to offer their 7 year material gaurantee to our clients.
Flexipave surfacing is a solvent free, Polyurethane based, cold lay resin material, which is designed to bind recycled Rubber granules from used tyres with natural decorative aggregates to create a hardwearing, highly porous & sustainable surface.
It is highly flexible, resistant to cracking and can be supplied in a range of colours. When constructed on a suitable sub-base, KBI Flexipave is highly porous and meets all the requirements of SUDs (Sustainable Urban drainage systems) making it a perfect material around trees preventing a cracked hazardous surface for pedestrians.
KBI Flexistone surfacing is a solvent free, Polyurethane based, cold lay resin screed which is designed to bind natural granite aggregates and create a hardwearing decorative surface.
KBI Flexistone uses both UV stable or standard polyurethanes. It is flexible, resistant to cracking and can be supplied in a range of colours allowing imaginative designs to be incorporated within the paved surface. Typical applications include: Car Parks, Driveways, Pathways and Cycleways.
